Legal terms

Everything about accounts, payments, bonuses and identity checks at a glance.

Part 1 · Who can play

You need to be 18, or at the legal gambling age where you live if that's higher, to sign up and play. Making sure online gambling is lawful in your country is on you.

Part 2 · Who runs it

Lucky Boom Casino is run by MAIREKE LIMITADA, a company registered in Costa Rica with a licence from the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. The law of the State of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, applies to these terms.

Part 3 · Your account

Keep to one account each. Give us true details, make sure your account name is the one on your payment method, and look after your login details.

  • If we find more accounts under one name, device or payment method, we may close them without telling you first.
  • We act on formal requests, self-exclusion and account closure included, only when they come from the email address on your account.

Part 4 · Adding money

Pay in only with something that's in your own name. The smallest deposit is €20, or €40 for the fifth welcome-bonus deposit.

  • Each card can do 10 transactions a day and 40 a month, up to €10,000 a day and €15,000 a month.
  • Your fiat and crypto balances stay separate and can't be combined.

Part 5 · Taking money out

Before each withdrawal we ask for full KYC: a government photo ID, a selfie holding the document, and a bank statement or utility bill from the last three months, with the same name on all. Under AML rules, you must wager your deposits at least three times before you withdraw.

  • The smallest withdrawal is €40, and we review it within 2 business days.
  • Wins outside jackpots are capped at €20,000 a week and €50,000 a month, while jackpot wins have no cap.
  • When a payout is bigger than what a method allows at once, we may send it in instalments.
  • Changed your mind? You can cancel a withdrawal that's still pending, and the money goes back to your playing balance.

Part 6 · Bonuses

Turn each bonus on in your profile before the deposit that earns it, because you can't add it afterwards. Only one bonus can run at a time.

  • You wager the welcome package ×40 and the first live bonus ×15.
  • While wagering, the largest bet on a spin or round is €5, and €1 on the first deposit bonus.
  • How much counts: slots 100%, live casino 10%, table games and video poker nothing.
  • You can win up to €10,000 across all bonuses, and cash out ten times your starting bonus once wagering is done.
  • Ask to withdraw while a bonus is on and that bonus, with its balance, is cancelled.

Part 7 · Sleeping accounts

If an account sits unused for six months in a row, it's charged €10 a month while there is still money on it.

Part 9 · If things change

Terms, bonus rules and limits can change, so read the current ones before you take an offer. If a translation says something different from the English version, go with the English.
